I interviewed the two founders of Danton HR, a consultancy based in Worcestershire to understand exactly what made their approach and experience different to other companies offering similar services. What really came across was Nicola and Jackie's energy; they were hugely passionate about what they did with decades of experience to back it up. I distilled this into a warm, pragmatic tone of voice and wrote the copy for their website and client presentations.
